Rubadue Wire offers a full line of extruded wire and cable products. Lead time for most products is 3 weeks or less with many items available to ship from stock.

UL, CSA, and VDE approved hook up wire and lead wire. Insulated wires are available in sizes from 40 AWG (.0762mm) to 6 AWG. Insulations applied in thin wall thickness with precision or heavier wall thickness for high voltage applications. Insulation options include Teflon®, Tefzel®, PVC, Medical PVC, PPL, PE, Foam PE, XL PE, Kynar and Nylon. Insulations also may be applied on a toll basis to customer furnish cables. TPE/TPR insulations are also available as well as compounds for underwater applications.

Custom multi-conductor, twisted pair or coax cables are available in a variety of insulation and jacketing types to match your specific requirement.

• Double and Triple layer Tefzel products in .001” wall thickness per layer for 30-40 AWG size range.
• Single, double, and triple layer PFA in .0015” wall thickness per layer. High temperature resistance for lead free reflow operations.
