RoHS

Rubadue Wire has been working hard to deliver the great quality our customers expect while meeting the requirements of the RoHS initiatives.

Our statement of compliance if available for download for download on the Specs and PDF page, as well as many SGS test reports. Please view first the SGS testing statement we have provided to understand the reports better.

All of our products insulated with flouropolymers are RoHS compliant. The issue with compliance previously had to do with the color concentrates rather than the resin itself. We are working through our inventory of Non-compliant PVC material but have designated compliant materials and could provide them upon request.

All products shipped that are RoHS compliant are marked as such on the box, reel, and in the test report attached.

The RoHS directive does not cover all relevant banned substances regulations in European Union. In regards to us complying with applicable European Directives since we are a manufacturer of an electrical good, we do comply with the necessary legislature for our products. However, we cannot guarantee that our products meet industry specific legislation without notification.

We do have non-RoHS compliant parts in our inventory available at deep discounts, as your customer service representative.
